What this is
Two-minute eval path for a retailer partner.
Formara issues deterministic compliance receipts for products and appends each receipt to a Merkle-backed transparency log.
This packet exposes read-only views intended to be safe to share with retailer stakeholders.

What is NOT exposed
Hard boundary: trust surfaces never include operator paths.
- No job controls (no re-attest, no run-all)
- No simulate endpoints
- No write paths (no mutations)
- No internal-only engine states (trust surfaces normalize to PASS/FAIL)
